Christopher P. Dona, Sr. is a Consultant at Grahall, LLC. Mr. Dona is also a Managing Partner in DHI’s Boston office and brings more than 25 years of executive search and corporate experience to assist his clients in their recruitment initiatives.

Mr. Dona has conducted a diverse range of client assignments focused primarily on C-level executives in advanced technology, life science, consumer products, financial services, manufacturing and professional services. Further, he brings a broad range of experiences in Human Capital Management and Human Resources leadership. His clients include private development stage corporations as well as public global leaders.

Mr. Dona began his executive search career with DHR International as Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Later he was appointed Vice Chairman and in this position he served as a member of their Senior Operating Committee, and had responsibility for establishing their New England Region while leading their Boston office. Most recently, he was a partner in another global search firm, Korn/Ferry International, as Managing Director in their Boston office.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, Mr. Dona’s corporate career included several general management and senior human resources assignments with entrepreneurial, private and global public organizations. These business experiences included broadcasting and entertainment, consumer products and manufacturing industries with corporations such as Albany International, Bausch & Lomb, Milton Bradley and Hasbro Inc.

A native of Massena, New York, Mr. Dona graduated cum laude from Siena College with a BA and received his MS from Clarkson University with a concentration in Industrial Management. He has dedicated time to a number of community and governmental initiatives. He was actively involved in the Presidents Council to develop National Guidelines for Aids in the Workplace, as well as a number of leadership and Board of Director roles with his local Chamber of Commerce, United Way and YMCA.
