At Grahall, our business strategy is our people strategy and vice versa. We work to be the best place for experts in the HR and related advisory services profession. This goal, to be the best place, is aligned with our business strategy of being the best place for organizations to find objective and effective advice and insights.

We provide an organization model and people strategy (structure, processes, and culture) that optimize the contributions and intellectual capital of individuals associated with our firm and thereby create unprecedented value for them and their clients and stakeholders.

We are a virtual organization. Our infrastructure is completely outsourced. Only consultants are employees. There are no layers of non-consulting management. All of our management is decentralized to the consultant so that they can better serve their clients.  Grahall does not enforce non-competes, and so if a consultant’s relationship with Grahall no longer “fits” his or her individual goals, client relationships are not disrupted. 

Grahall shares our intellectual capital internally and externally with all our consultants and all of Grahall’s clients through our Omnimedia website and in direct dialogue with Grahall consultants and consulting partners.
