Chris is a consultant with Grahall Partners, LLC. He has over 20 years of experience working with clients to develop innovative benefits programs for key employees and professionals that are consistent with the strategic plans of the sponsoring organization, and aligned with the interests of its stakeholders.

Chris works closely with Chris Wyrtzen (see separate bio) in providing consulting and asset management services related specifically to supplemental executive benefits programs, such as SERPs and voluntary deferral plans. They analyze the competiveness of currently sponsored programs and present planning alternatives to update such plans by adding performance characteristics, improved benefit security provisions, greater opportunities for diversification, and/or other “best practices” features. They determine the cost effectiveness of any informal funding vehicles, such as corporate-owned life insurance and split dollar arrangements, and they construct dynamic models to identify the financial impact of any proposed changes to plan benefits and/or financing arrangements.

Chris has worked as a Senior Executive Benefits Consultant with Retirement Capital Group and Clark Consulting, and was a Tax Partner with Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Colgate University (BA), Boston College (MBA) and Bryant College (MS – Taxation).
