Coleen McKeon is a consultant at Grahall, LLC based in Calgary. Coleen has been working in the design, development and implementation of comprehensive rewards programs for 20 years. Her primary focus is the design and implementation of compensation strategy, variable pay programs, and the assessment of competitiveness of employee and executive pay. Her work regularly includes the design and clarification of corporate business strategy.
Coleen is a member of Total Reward Professionals (TRP), a team of seasoned consultants providing clients with advice and support in the areas of total rewards, compensation, executive compensation, pensions, benefits, financial planning and communication. Total Reward Professionals have a wide cross section of clients primarily in the Canadian Energy Sector.
Previously, Coleen led the rewards team at one of Canada’s largest upstream oil and gas companies with offices in Indonesia and Europe as well as a number of subsidiary and partnership organizations. This team was responsible for the full spectrum of compensation strategy and delivery including the Board of Directors, Executive and employee pay. Prior to her corporate involvement, Coleen was a senior consultant in a global human resources consulting firm.
Coleen holds an MBA from Queen’s University at Kingston, and a BA from The University of Western Ontario. She has been a member and volunteer in several organizations including the Human Resources Association of Calgary, the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, and World At Work. She is also actively involved and volunteers in many community organizations.
