Esma Deljanin is a Human Capital Generalist with Grahall Consulting specializing in HRIS implementation, project management, HR data analysis and reporting, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Currently, she is the AVP of Human Capital Management at a large social service organization where she collaborates with the national Human Resource executive team to deliver visionary leadership for human resource projects focusing on change management, employee relations, project management, compensation/payroll, and benefits/family leave.
She has held several HR positions where she worked directly with executive leadership to develop HR programs, building processes, improving efficiency and profitability, competitive positioning, and operations across all organizational levels. At Spectronics, she was an integral business partner in a mass restructuring that involved changing assignments and reconfiguring departments as the business shifted to electronic paperless processes. She has also worked with several startups, using her skills in talent management to onboard new employees, drive growth, and create effective employee training programs.
In addition, Esma is an iMentor volunteer fostering a high impact mentoring relationship with her student and making herself available anytime when extra assistance is needed.
Esma has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, CUNY, New York, NY. She is a SHRM-SCP certified professional and also a SHRM-LI test prep facilitator.
