Jay Wolf is a Consultant and Executive Coach with Grahall, LLC. Jay works in a wide range of industries specializing in Leadership Development, Performance Assessments and Organizational and Executive Coaching. Mr. Wolf is also a principle and co-founder of JCris Consulting Group, an international consulting and coaching firm. Using their “Power Methodology”, JCris Consulting Group partners with organizations to enhance human capital performance and deliver better bottom-line results.

Prior to his work at Grahall and JCris Consulting Group, Jay was an Executive Coach and Consultant in the Executive Services Practice of Hay Group. There, Mr. Wolf specialized in Leadership Development and Organizational and Executive Coaching at the C-Suite level. Jay holds Hay Group certifications in BEI Interviewing, Emotional Intelligence (ECI), Leadership Styles (LSI), and Organizational Climate (OCS). Mr. Wolf has also worked as a peak performance coach at The Center for Enhanced Performance at The United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior to joining Hay Group, Jay was Vice President of Operations at Steiner Sports Marketing. Mr. Wolf’s experience also includes the position of Senior Vice President with Atlite Lighting, a division of Cooper Industries, where his responsibilities covered Operations, Human Capital Development and Coaching Programs.

Along with a Graduate Masters Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching from New York University, Mr. Wolf also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from City University of New York at Queens College. As an active member of the Professional Golf Association and the New York Road Runners Club, Jay excels at leveraging his sports background to coach executives to achieve peak performance.

Jay lives with his wife in New York City. Mr. and Mrs. Wolf are active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the American Cancer Society to increase awareness for juvenile diabetes and breast cancer research.
