Linda Blandford-Beringsmith is a consultant with Grahall, LLC. She is a consultant to executives, compensation committees, and management teams.
She specializes in HR and total rewards strategy, compensation and incentive structures, benefits, workforce structuring and planning, performance management systems and aligning performance to goals, competencies and career paths, leveraging HR/HRMS technology to create scalable HR functions, employment relations, talent and leadership development, executive coaching, employee engagement and culture and enhancing the employment value proposition, and developing HR services and capabilities aligned to company needs. She also serves as a change strategist and catalyst for realignments, acquisitions, divestitures and dynamic growth.
Prior to joining Grahall, Linda developed her extensive experience through HR leadership roles in global, public and private companies in the energy, financial services, engineering, professional services and consulting industries. She has served in a variety of HR functions, including as Director of Compensation and Benefits, and as the senior Human Resources executive.
In her most recent role as Vice President Human Resources, she developed the HR global human capital strategy and HR function for a $4.8 Billion company, including design and implementation of the total rewards strategy, and comprehensive compensation, incentive and benefits programs. She also led the enterprise HR talent program for the company during a period of dynamic growth and expansion across Europe, the Middle East, AsiaPacific and Latin America, served as corporate business owner for HRMS implementation and created a five-year HR technology roadmap.
Linda is a graduate of the Masters Program at the University of Illinois, School of Labor and Employment Relations where she also serves on the LER Board of Directors. She earned a Bachelor’s degree “with distinction” from University of Virginia, and also holds a Certified Compensation Professional designation.
