Marc Lattoni is a consultant at Grahall, LLC based in Calgary. Over the past 25 years Marc has been instrumental in helping Canadian and US organizations plan and deliver all aspects of compensation and rewards programs. His primary areas of concentration include executive compensation, talent management and performance.
Marc is a member of Total Reward Professionals (TRP), a team of seasoned consultants providing clients with advice and support in the areas of total rewards, compensation, executive compensation, pensions, benefits, financial planning and communication. Total Reward Professionals have a wide cross section of clients primarily in the Canadian Energy Sector.
Previously, Marc was Vice President Human Resources and Administration, at Enbridge Inc., a Canadian-based multinational energy transportation enterprise. While there, he led a diverse team of HR professionals across Canada and the US in the redevelopment of HR to ensure the optimum deployment and management of human capital across the enterprise. Marc’s experience also includes other senior corporate roles in total rewards.
Prior to his corporate involvement Marc was a partner in global human resource consulting firms working in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Chicago providing executive and senior compensation and performance consulting to a host of corporations in Canada and the United States.
Marc holds an MBA from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Loyola College. He is a member of and has served in governance and teaching roles with several organizations including the Human Resources Association of Calgary and World At Work, and is a founding member of the Calgary Total Rewards Network.
