Dr. Phil Bryant is a consultant with Grahall, LLC. He is an experienced HR consultant, lecturer, author and editor with over 15 years of HR consulting and project management experience. Bryant's primary consulting engagements include conducting salary studies and job evaluation projects for a wide range of clients. He also has experience improving HR processes using the Six Sigma methodology.

He has authored or co-authored over 30 HR-related publications including the 2012 book, Managing Employee Turnover and the 2010 multiple award-winning article entitled Retaining Talent published in the Academy of Management Perspectives. His work has been featured in Psychology Today.

Bryant is an Associate Professor of Management at Columbus State University & serves as Editor-in-Chief for SAGE Publications' peer-reviewed quarterly entitled Compensation & Benefits Review (CBR).
