Tim McConnell advises clients on organizational structures, process efficiencies and profitability.  His expertise in the proper alignment of company structures and business functions to strategic priorities has proven an excellent driver of streamlined processes and cost reduction. His organizational design methodology is ‘industry-neutral’; it was developed to apply to every type of organization in every sector.

He believes in pragmatic solutions that are relevant within the mandate and culture of clients, rather than simply cookie-cutter textbook recommendations.  A value-added differentiator of McConnell’s approach is that he not only looks at organizational models on paper, he also fully considers the influence of employees on the structure, as well as the ‘people impact and costs’ of any changes, especially during M&A’s.

Services include: Organization Right-Sizing Analysis, Position and Team Responsibility Analysis, Organizational Structure Design, and the Review and Improvement of Organization Processes.
