Tony Miceli is a Consultant with Grahall Partners, LLC. He is a consultant to boards of directors, their compensation committees, and members of company management. He specializes in all aspects of reward strategy.

He has over 35 years of experience in the professional services industry (15 years in the consulting profession). He advises organizations in all industries. He works on the coordination of services with large clients and or large integrated projects with all clients of the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Vice President of Securitas Security Services, a Director at the Hay Group, a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Director at Towers Perrin, and a Director at Watson Wyatt. In industry prior to consulting, he was a Vice President at the State University of New York, a Director at the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, and an Executive Director at Haverford College. Prior to working in industry he was a pilot in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Miceli is a visiting lecturer at Boston University, and is a member of the American Management Association, American Marketing Association, and he serves as a Director of the Easter Seals Board, the President of the Framingham State College Neighborhood Association, he was the Founder of the Framingham Educational Foundation and is on the Cerebral Palsy Board of Directors.

He received a BS and MS degrees from University of Buffalo, New York.
